Volunteers are needed to assist with developing a natural surface trail on parkland owned by the Town of Occoquan. The trail workday is Saturday, September 26 – National Public Lands Day. We will clear a trail, a loop about 3/4 of a mile, in the parcel shown on the map.

The work will include removing fallen branches from the trail route, clearing the path with loppers and other hand tools, and some bench cutting (digging the trail into a slope). Tools will be provided.
