2nd Sunday Hike – June 8, 2025 – Broad Run Trail

Join us for the 2nd Sunday hike on June 8, 2025 on the Broad Run Trail in Bristow VA. We will explore the trails between the trail head at Hunting Cove Place and Sudley Manor Drive, following Broad Run for much of the way with scenic views of the stream. Please register here. The hike will be about 2.5 miles on natural surface trails. The route includes a fair-weather crossing of the Rocky Branch stream, with stepping stones. We will cross it twice (out and back). If the water level is too high to use the fair-weather crossing, we will postpone the hike. Wear clothing to protect from insects (pants instead of shorts, and shoes or boots).
Meet at the trail head at the end of Hunting Cove Place
Parking is available at the trail head.
Start time is 1:00 pm
Registration will allow us to track the number of participants, and notify you if the hike is postponed or cancelled because of weather conditions.
