2nd Sunday hike – Occoquan Greenway Trail – May 12, 2024

Please join us for a hike on the Occoquan Greenway Trail in Lake Ridge. Please register here. Registration will allow us to track the number of participants, and notify you if the hike is postponed or cancelled because of weather conditions.
This hike is on a section of the planned Occoquan Greenway Trail with scenic views of Hooes Run and the Occoquan Reservoir. We’ll see the site of the planned Hooes Run crossing, where a 130-ft iron truss bridge will be constructed. The hike will start and end at the LRPRA office parking lot, at 12350 Oakwood Dr, Lake Ridge, VA 22192
The hike is approximately 4 miles, following the route shown on the map below.
